CACs are utilized to foster and sustain civic engagement, affording residents the opportunity to identify community needs and develop and implement plans to address those needs. CAC members are elected, represent the residents of their communities, and serve in an advisory capacity to the department.
The meetings are held every other month on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 3 p.m.
