Generating Client Diagnostic Information
2. On the Status tab, click Diagnostics.
• To start with an empty log, click Clear Event Log.
• Technical support may ask you to include debug events. To do this, select Enable debug events.
4. Click Create Report. The Mobility client generates a report and writes it to a local folder. The file name includes the data and time the report was generated (<YYYYMMddHHmmss>). The location depends on your operating system:C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\
