Generating Client Diagnostic Information

A diagnostic report can help you troubleshoot problems with the Mobility client. In attempting to resolve a problem, NetMotion Mobility Technical Support or your system administrator may ask you to generate a diagnostic report.

Start > Mobility Client

Click Create Report. The Mobility client generates a report and writes it to a local folder. The file name includes the data and time the report was generated (<YYYYMMddHHmmss>). The location depends on your operating system:

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\

For example:

C:\Users\KYLEP~1.UHI\AppData\Local\Temp\Mobility_diagnostics_20130224120832.zip

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Local\Temp

For example:

C:\DOCUME~1\MBun\LOCALS~1\Temp\Mobility_diagnostics_20130224120832.zip
