Help and Troubleshooting

When experiencing problems make sure you have reviewed the video tutorials for an explanation of how to connect through the County SSL-VPN services as well as frequently asked questions.

Lastly open a Remedy support issue. Either through the Remedy console, (if you have access) or call the help desk at 305-596-HELP. All support requests will need to originate with a Remedy ticket. If you cannot view PDF Get Acrobat! files, you can download Acrobat Reader  for free from Adobe Systems, Inc. In order to use PDF files, you must have Acrobat installed on your computer.

In order to view the media Windows Media files above you will need Microsoft® Windows Media Player™. If you cannot view the media files, you can download Microsoft® Windows Media Player™ for free from Microsoft Corporation.
