Specifying Default Credentials for Mobility Logon

When you log on to connect to the Mobility server, a setting on the Mobility server specifies the credentials to use (if any) to pre-populate the dialog box. You may be able to override this setting if the system administrator allows you to. If the option for overriding it is not available, the system administrator has disallowed changes on the client.

To specify which credentials are used for Mobility logon

1.	Open the NetMotion Mobility Client dialog box:

Start > Mobility Client

2.	On the Status tab, click Configuration.

3.	Select the Default credentials check box in the Override server-specified default setting area, and then select the credentials you want to use. The server-specified setting is displayed in the drop-down list.

•	If you select Mobility user, the credentials are those for the most recent, successful Mobility logon.

•	If you select Windows user, the credentials are those of the Windows user who is currently logged on.

•	Select None if you do not want any credentials offered; this is useful if you are sharing your device with other users.
