Getting Help

Mobility client and Mobility Event Viewer help provide information about Mobility components installed on the client. There are two ways to open the online help:

Click the Help button (“?”) in any Mobility dialog box.

Online help opens in your default browser and displays a help topic that describes the settings and options on that page.

For Internet Explorer® users: change the default setting to allow active content

The default settings in Windows (on non-handheld devices) cause the browser to block web pages with active content, such as JavaScript™. When you open the online help, Windows displays a message requiring you to explicitly allow this content.

Open Internet Explorer. On the Tools menu click Internet Options, and then click the Advanced tab.

Select the check box labeled Allow active content to run in files on My Computer.

Click OK and then close the Internet Options window.
